Thank you to my friend Jeffrey (https://www.instagram.com/jeffrey_merrihue/) for inviting me to dinner at Alchemist, a once in a lifetime eating experience. Jeffrey is an amazing friend of mine, and we meet up from time to time in various cities to eat. If you’re ever in LA, go check out Jeffrey’s amazing deli and wine bar: https://www.heroicdeliandwinebar.com/
World's Most Travelled Hotdog Stand - But first, before we had dinner at Alchemist, we pre-gamed with some hotdogs for social change, at the World's Most Travelled Hotdog Stand. The hotdogs were outstanding and a great way to spend our afternoon. #Copenhagen #Alchemist #Food
Alchemist (https://alchemist.dk/) - When Chef Rasmus Munk opened reservation for 3 months at a time, it SOLD OUT in 3 minutes! It’s one of the hardest restaurants in the world to make a reservation, and that’s because it’s one of the most insane, thought provoking, creative, and full rounded dining experiences you can have in the world. It was not just a meal, but an entire journey, a meal with a message behind every dish.
50 courses - Although many were just a single bite, there were 50 different course tasting, and the meal lasted 5 ½ hours. We journeyed from room to room, each with its own unique design, artwork, and theme.
Chef Rasmus Munk (https://www.instagram.com/rasmusmunkalchemist/) is a creative genius, a deep thinker, and an activist, who expresses his mind and thoughts through delicious food. Thank you to Chef Rasmus Munk for having us and for being so welcoming and cool!
Thank you also to Visit Copenhagen (https://www.instagram.com/visitcopenhagen/) for supporting my trip to Copenhagen, Denmark.

nothing like a classy plate licking, such a slob!
I wonder if this was inspiration for The Menu.
I don’t understand people who complain about small portions at fancy restaurants, 50 small portions ends up being a lot more food than 1 big portion
The thumbnail food item looks like a human tongue. It's absolutely sickening, just viewing that briefly. Are there paying customers who actually consume stuff like this? And the speaker's fixed smile is just disturbing. Has he been paid to pump up interest in this place? (Weeee…it's just SO much fun!!!! This guy has exclamation marks spilling out of his ears.)
And why is he showing an amber colored thing with ants trapped in it? Is this one of the menu options? This is demented.
Who's blue wig was on the counter in the bathroom????? Lol😂
Wtf is this guy always smiling? It is so annyoing.
That meal looks like the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. You’re eating brains, tongues, and tendons? Nasty. And sauce made from pigeon bones? And candy with ants in it? How nasty is that restaurant?
Places like this are unique, yet at the same time I question their morals and ethics. Would I like to try something like that…of course. But I never will because I would rather put my money into my garden and feeding others. Sorry if I offend…but I don't understand paying that kind of money for food and an experience that should be shared in the first place.
Dude you look like you're tripping balls every time you take a bite and look at the camera lol. Maybe you are. Good venue for it.
Smoky balls are more of Panipuri…topped with cheez n topping without paani.
that hot dog looks bad. it is too big. just like the crappy scandinavian food that they scam you on. never go there. it sucks. the food sucks.
Looks amazing,need to try
Almost puke when u ate that plastic 😅
Oh God not Jeffrey. How in Gods name did you get talked into filming with Jeffrey?
Those samples looked interesting. Where's the main course?
