I normally eat Thai food when I’m in Bangkok, but every now and then, it’s good to switch things up and eat something different. On this particular day, I was hanging out with my buddy Dwight from BKKFatty (), and we were really craving burgers. So we decided to hit up the Daniel Thaiger street food truck that serves some of the best burgers in Bangkok.
The menu is short and concise, but you are free to mix and match whatever toppings or order however many patty’s in your burger that you like. I decided to order the Mr. Steve, and I couldn’t resist ordering an extra patty, so I got double meat.
One of the things that Daniel Thaiger emphasizes is that they always use fresh, never frozen beef, and make their own burger patties. It truly shows, because the meat is extremely fresh tasting, and incredibly juicy and fragrant. They serve an amazing burger that is truly one of the best Bangkok street food burgers you can eat in Bangkok. I enjoyed every bit to the last bit of juices in my handheld paper wrap.

How to get to Daniel Thaiger: The Daniel Thaiger food truck sets up right along Sukhumvit Soi 30/1, just about 20 meters from Sukhumvit road. You can either take the BTS to Thong Lo or Phrom Phong station (I think it’s exactly in the middle), and it’s about a 10 minute walk from either station.

Definitely an amazing burger it was exactly how you explained it .The taste and flavour in the meat and toppings was very good it definitely rivals some burger back home in Canada maybe even better ! ,, I want to say thank you Mark for sharing the spot ,I was just in Bangkok 2 days ago and went and searched for this burger it was well worth it 🙌🏼
Love Daniel Thaiger. Love the inside restaurant upstairs. Cozy perfect place. My gf and I eat there every time we visit Bangkok. Delicious cheeseburgers. For dinner we go to Thip Samai for their famous Pad Thai.
Now THATS a burger.
I didn't know THAILAND was as VAST and DIVERSE as it is.
Never thought I hear the words double fisting in a food video.
Kizikye

That burger looks AMAZING. It puts all the burger chains to shame.
