Dwight Turner is the founder of In Search of Sanuk, a volunteer charity organization in Bangkok, Thailand, that helps disadvantaged families.
I've been a friend of Dwight's ever since I came to Thailand years ago, our mutual love for food has been a big part of our friendship!
Dwight's latest project is "The Courageous Kitchen," where he, along with the help of some chefs, are teaching underprivileged kids to cook. Along with cooking, they are also learning about ingredients, how to follow directions, nutrition, and other valuable life lessons in the process.
Dwight is helping make a difference in the lives of these children and investing in their future.
I support this project, and stand behind it!

You're welcome. I'm a big fan of music. What kind of music do you like?
Hi Mark. I've been watching your videos for a little while then I stopped. Yes all the food is interesting but your videos are always ont the same pattern… but then just went into your archives and found this supperb piece of video that has a real meaning and message. You should make more of those kind of videos to connect with the people in the countries you're visiting and connect us also with them not only with their 'plates' anyway you have a very good 'niche' but we miss a little 'meat around the bone' just to use the expression. Thanks.
