I can tell Mark SETTLED for this particular dish. Like he said it was TOO SWEET.
Yo these r so good. Highly recommend you trying bún mắm in sông đốc Vietnam.
Thing is, south Vietnamese people have a sweeter palette so all their food is really sweet. But my people from north Vietnam eat really savoury which is in my opinion much more tastier, so if you do goto Vietnam stay north for if you’ve got a more savoury palette like Mark and I do. Mark is being very kind and respectful to south Vietnam as we can see here regardless of how sweet the food is.
