The bun moc you were u supposed add like a teaspoon of fish sauce and/or tsp of shrimp paste. They will make the soup 10x better with flavor :).
South East Asia countries in general and Vietnam in specific is great places to fulfill your belly
Mark, I did not see any "Moc" in your bowl, these are the pork meat balls we saw floating in the huge simmering pot. It is disappointing because the dish is actually named after those meatballs. The is a mild dish in terms of spices. If you put in a tea spoon (or 2) of fish sauce, it will bring out the flavor and you would enjoy it more. Hope this makes sense. I enjoy all your videos and thank you for visiting my hometown.
